Complete the below form to request to excuse your student’s absence. When you submit the form a message will appear that your submission was accepted. If you do not receive confirmation of successful submission, please contact us.
Prearranged Absence
If your student will be absent for more than 3 days in a row please print the Prearranged Absence form and have their teachers sign and list any homework that will need to be made up. Please provide the office with a copy for your file. The Prearranged Absence form can be found on our Policies & Procedures Page.
